This July 25th, step into the coolest indoor race of the season — TT Half.
While the sun blazes outside, we’re turning up a different kind of heat inside — with high-energy relays, music, lights, and the unbeatable vibe of a full-on community race experience.

Each team will relay-run a half marathon — testing their limits and bringing the fire, stride by stride. All indoors, all energy, no excuses.


Race Rules

1. TEAM FORMAT
1.1 Each team must consist of 3 runners.
1.2 All runners must be registered in advance with their full details.

2. RACE DISTANCE & FORMAT
2.1 Total race distance is 21.1 KM (Half Marathon).
2.2 Each team completes the distance on a single treadmill, taking turns.
2.3 Teams can divide the distance or time however they prefer.
2.4 Each runner must run at least once — minimum 3 switches per team.

3. RELAY SWITCHING RULES
3.1 All switches must be completed in under 5 seconds.
3.2 The treadmill must never be left running unattended.
3.3 If a treadmill is running without a runner:
  3.3.1 First offense: 30-second penalty or at the judge’s discretion
  3.3.2 Second offense: Team disqualification
3.4 All switches must be announced in advance to the assigned judge.
3.5 Teams must notify the judge when 1 KM remains for accurate timing.
3.6 All runners must stay behind or near the treadmill, ready to switch.

4. TIMING & RESULTS
4.1 Timing begins when the main event clock starts, not the treadmill.
  This will be the only official timing reference for all teams.
4.2 The clock continues to run through all switches.
4.3 The total time to complete 21.1 KM determines team ranking.

5. CONDUCT & FAIR PLAY
5.1 All participants must show respect to venue staff, volunteers, and other teams.
5.2 Cheating, falsifying times, or unsportsmanlike conduct will lead to disqualification.
5.3 All decisions made by judges are final.

6. ARRIVAL & CHECK-IN
6.1 Teams must check in at least 45 minutes before their race time.
6.2 Late arrivals may lose their race slot or be disqualified.

The race will take place in waves between 7:00 AM and 11:00 AM. Starting times will be assigned after registration closes and will be shared along with the race briefing
