  • Athletes check in at the registration desk to receive their race packs and verify their information.
  • Timing chips are distributed.
  • Last-minute inquiries and clarifications are addressed.
07:05 AM Pre-Race briefing
  • Participants and event officials gather for a mandatory race briefing.
  • Rules, safety guidelines, and the racecourse are explained.
  • Questions from participants are answered.
07:20 AM Race start - Wave start
  • Olympic distance - Sprint distance - Mixed distance
  • 5 Athletes start every 10 sec
  • All athletes gather at the starting line
  • The race begins with a horn or siren sound
  • Participants swim the designated course, followed by the run
09:30 AM Race end  
09:40 AM Prize ceremony 
  • Awards are presented to the top finishers in different age groups and divisions.
  • Medals and trophies are awarded to the winners.
10:00 AM Post-Race refreshment Participants, spectators, and volunteers can enjoy refreshments at the designated area.
